Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist senior engineers and the technical office team in preparing MEP drawings (HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, ELV).
  2. Support the team in preparing BOQs, schedules, and basic specifications (under guidance).
  3. Participate in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and site managers (when required).
  4. Assist site team with drawing-related queries, updates, and coordination issues.
  5. Monitor and manage site documentation, including shop drawings, material approvals, method statements, daily/weekly reports, etc..

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (recent graduates welcome).
  2. Graduate-level student or recent graduate.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. No prior experience required.
  5. Proficiency in AutoCAD and general computer skills.
  6. Intermediate or higher level of English or Russian.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated middle Developer to join our team and contribute to the advancement of design automation. In this role, you will primarily work with C# (prioritized), Python, and the Revit API, applying Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies to enhance design and project workflows.


This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth, allowing you to gain practical experience in automation, BIM technologies, and project planning tools. You will collaborate closely with a team of highly skilled engineers, developing your abilities in a cooperative, team-oriented environment that fosters knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional development.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Design Automation - Develop tools and scripts using C# and Python by using Revit API for tasks on designs (Revit).
  2. Project Management & Planning - Participate in preparing online project management and planning interface to be used by line managers by applying Building Information Modelling Technology (Document Management, Remote Data Access, to do list, Work Schedule, Task Management etc.).


Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in C#/.NET development, including working with databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar). Experience with WPF is is a plus.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in related fields (must be graduated).
  3. High IQ Level (DIM Entrance Score)
  4. English Level (Technical Proficiency)
  5. Experience mainly in C#, .NET development (Git is a plus).
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – should demonstrate an innovative approach to solving problems.
